Creating Internal Gender Networks

Research shows that informal networks often perpetuate the marginalization of women and minorities in the workplace, leading to gendered disparities in promotions, raises, and mentorship opportunities. In response to this phenomena, large organizations often create space to elevate and connect systematically marginalized groups and formalize the networking process.
